By contacting us, requesting a quotation, or engaging TechBizBD IT Solution for a project, you accept these Terms & Conditions along with any project-specific agreement we put in writing together.

We provide website development and design, digital marketing, search engine optimization, marketing analysis, email marketing, and business consultation services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a proposal, quotation, or agreement specific to that project.

Once a project is completed and paid for in full according to the agreed terms, ownership of the final deliverables (such as a website or design assets created specifically for you) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TechBizBD retains the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless a client specifically requests otherwise.

Payment terms — including any deposit, milestone payments, and final payment — are agreed on a per-project basis before work begins. Specific amounts, currencies, and schedules are set out in each project's quotation or agreement, not in these general Terms.

Each project is scoped based on the requirements discussed during our initial consultation. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost, which we'll always discuss with you before proceeding.

A reasonable number of revisions are typically included as part of a project, as outlined in the specific project agreement. Additional revision rounds beyond what's agreed may be handled as a separate, additional scope of work.

Either party may request to cancel a project. Where work has already been completed or is in progress, payment for that work remains due. Full details of how cancellation is handled for a specific project are covered in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We work carefully and professionally on every project, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular level of website traffic, search ranking, or sales) as these depend on many factors outside our direct control.

TechBizBD's liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, or services (for example, WordPress, Shopify, or advertising platforms). We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues originating from those third-party services themselves.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
