Data Processing & Confidentiality

We treat business information shared with us during a project — strategy, pricing, internal processes, unpublished materials, and similar details — as confidential, and use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed project.

We don't share the specifics of a client's project, strategy, or performance data with third parties without permission. Where we showcase completed work publicly (such as in our portfolio), we share only what's already publicly visible about that project, unless a client has given us permission to share more.

Access to client information within our team is limited to the people directly involved in delivering that project.

Where a project requires using third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or advertising platforms), those providers may process relevant data as part of delivering the service. We choose established, reputable providers, but we don't control their internal data practices.

We retain project-related files and communication for as long as reasonably necessary to support the client relationship and for our own business records. If you'd like specific materials removed after a project concludes, let us know.

We recommend sharing sensitive credentials (such as hosting or platform logins) through secure channels rather than plain email where possible, and we're happy to agree on a secure method that works for both sides.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to share any content, data, or materials provided to us for use in a project.
