Rajib Miah

Rajib Miah is the Founder and Business Operations Manager of TechBizBD IT Solution, where he leads business strategy, operations, digital transformation, and client success initiatives. Since beginning his professional journey in 2011, he has built hands-on experience across Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Europe, working with businesses ranging from small local enterprises to large-scale operational projects.

Throughout his career, Rajib has worked across multiple industries, including printing and advertising, computer hardware, retail technology, automotive accessories, manufacturing, branding, digital marketing, and information technology. This diverse background has given him a practical understanding of how businesses operate beyond theory, enabling him to approach every project from both strategic and operational perspectives.

One of his most significant professional experiences came while supporting workforce operations for the Riyadh Metro Project in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the coordination of teams comprising more than 300 personnel. The role strengthened his expertise in operational planning, process management, and large-scale project coordination.

Building on his experience in Malaysia, Rajib established TechBizBD IT Solution with the vision of helping businesses grow through practical strategies, technology-driven solutions, and measurable results. Rather than relying on generic marketing approaches, he focuses on building sustainable systems that improve efficiency, strengthen brands, and support long-term business growth.
