Ishtiaque Ahmed is the Co-Founder & Human Resources Manager of TechBizBD IT Solution, where he leads human resource strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, recruitment, and people management initiatives.

With more than a decade of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development, Ishtiaque has worked with organizations across Bangladesh and Europe, helping businesses build high-performing teams while aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.

His expertise includes executive recruitment, employer branding, organizational development (OD), HR policy development, payroll administration, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and business growth initiatives.

Currently based in Italy, he manages international recruitment operations across Poland, Romania, and Lithuania, supporting logistics and transportation companies through strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance with European employment regulations.

Prior to his international career, Ishtiaque held senior HR leadership roles in Bangladesh where he contributed to recruitment, HR operations, payroll administration, organizational development, business development, career counseling, employer branding, and employee engagement across multiple industries.
